1. Explain what the xylem and phloem are as well as what they do and where they travel about the tree. Also, explain what can be done to these that can be used to kill the tree.

Discuss which ones are dominate and non-dominate throughout the year as well as what causes these to change colors. Be sure to mention what happens in the fall that makes the non-dominant pigment present.
